Job summary

The Automobile Association (The AA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end recruitment for the Road team in a hybrid Oldbury setup. You will manage high-volume campaigns, partner with leaders, and drive hire success through data-driven sourcing and strategic outreach.

You will build candidate pipelines, advise on market trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience while coordinating across multiple vacancies and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment within an in-house TA environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and campaigns at pace.
• Strong stakeholder management with recruitment advisory skills.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and using sourcing channels.
• Comfort with recruitment data to monitor performance and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recruitment within our Road team, helping us hire the people who keep our customers moving.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with operational leaders to deliver against critical hiring requirements.
• Use attraction, pipeline data and market insight to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Use recruitment data to understand performance and identify where action is needed.
