Veolia is hiring a Systems Analyst in London with hybrid work 3 days in the office. Salary up to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will bridge technical and operational teams, handle Tier 2/3 incidents, manage data integrations via APIs, and support system evolution.

The role emphasizes data integrity, release planning, and user adoption across core operational systems. Ideal candidates have ITIL knowledge, SQL skills, and strong communication.

Formación

• ITIL Foundation in Service Management would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Operational Systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL/Databricks or other database query language; API experience would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Incident Management & Tier 2/3 Support: investigate and resolve incidents; manage vendor SLAs.
• Data Operations & System Integrations: scripts for batch data extraction, updates and reporting; ensure data integrity.
• Quality Assurance & Release Delivery: support UAT, regression testing, and release notes with stakeholders.
• Insights, Adoption & Continuous Improvement: analyze telemetry and user logs; deliver training and feature recommendations.
