Veolia is seeking a Product Analyst & Tester in London with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on building digital training materials, supporting product deployments, and testing mobile apps and microsites.

You will collaborate with Product Lead and cross-functional teams to improve product operations and user guidance. You will create training content, maintain documentation, and provide first-line support while contributing to release testing and data quality insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily workload with Product Lead.
• Develop product knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for product functionality and processes.
• Collaborate with team members on projects as directed by Product Lead.
• Build digital training content for end users with Digital Transformation Managers.
• Test future releases and maintain regression tests within Mabl.
• Deliver analytical insight on system usage and data quality.
