Veolia is seeking a Systems Analyst - Commercial in London, on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office). The role focuses on reliability, data integrity, and evolution of core operational systems, bridging tech and business users, and handling incidents through to resolution.

You will drive data integrations via APIs, support releases with QA and UAT, and collaborate with analysts and product owners to improve system capabilities. Salary up to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Formación

• ITIL Foundation in Service Management would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Operational Systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL/Databricks or other database query language.
• API experience would be an advantage.
• High problem solving ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and forward thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end investigation and resolution for Tier 2/3 technical incidents escalated from operational systems.
• Execute and maintain scripts for batch data extraction, bulk updates, and reporting using SQL and relevant APIs.
