Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Systems Analyst - Commercial to bridge technical and operational teams in a hybrid role based in London. The role focuses on reliability, data integrity, and evolution of core operational systems, handling Tier 2/3 incidents and data integrations via APIs.

You will work with Product and Release Managers to improve system capabilities, support UAT and testing, and drive adoption through targeted training for business units.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation in Service Management is advantageous.
• Experience with operational systems.
• Knowledge of SQL/Databricks or other SQL languages.
• API experience would be advantageous.
• Strong problem solving ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and forward thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end incident investigation and Tier 2/3 resolution.
• Execute data integration workflows via APIs and SQL scripts.
• Support QA/Release processes with UAT, regression testing and release notes.
• Analyze telemetry and usage patterns to identify issues and improvement areas.
• Design and deliver training sessions for business units on system usage.
