Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration or technical support within an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting end users in a ServiceDesk or service management environment (ServiceNow preferred).
• PowerShell proficiency for administration and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments (Azure AD).
• Support applications and databases; troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and changes per approved change management.
• Provide ServiceDesk support for VDI users (Omnissa Horizon).
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records in ServiceNow; maintain CMDB and asset records.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and governance efforts (ISO 27001, SOC 1).
• Document procedures, configurations, and changes; contribute to knowledge base.
