Job summary

Westcoast Cloud in Reading is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify new reseller opportunities across the UK and Ireland, build relationships with partners, and drive Microsoft Surestep offerings. You’ll visit customer sites, present cloud products and services, run training bootcamps and attend events, while delivering excellent partner support and resolving queries.

Qualifications

• Track record in sales within the IT channel (distributor or reseller).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation abilities and customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Qualify partner opportunities and build relationships with our Partners.
• Manage a team responsible for Microsoft Surestep offerings.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for all Partners and your team.
• Take ownership of Partner challenges and be proactive in dealing with Partners.
• Visit customer sites for meetings and presentations to promote Microsoft offerings.
• Record activities on CRM and monitor progress against SLAs.
