Job summary

Victim Support is seeking a dedicated Support & Early Interventions Officer (CYP) to join our triage team on a hybrid basis in Sheffield. You will be the first point of contact for clients, conducting impact and risk assessments, delivering immediate and short-term interventions, and creating tailored support plans.

You will work to coordinate with external agencies to meet complex needs. You will handle a caseload, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with partners to ensure effective

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact and risk assessments for clients.
• Provide tailored responses to clients' needs including children, young people and adults affected by crime.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring immediate and short-term interventions; develop support plans and refer to other agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case management records.
• Collaborate with statutory and voluntary agencies to address clients' needs.
