Victim Support is seeking a dedicated Support & Early Interventions Officer (CYP) to join our triage team on a hybrid basis in Sheffield. You will be the first point of contact for clients, conducting impact and risk assessments, delivering immediate and short-term interventions, and creating tailored support plans.

You will work to coordinate with external agencies to meet complex needs. You will handle a caseload, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with partners to ensure effective

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support & Early Interventions Officer (CYP) to join our our triage team on a hybrid basis working both at home and from our office in Sheffield., As a Support & Early Intervention Officer (CYP), you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to our service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs. As a Support & Early Interventions Officer (CYP) you will:

• Conduct comprehensive impact & risk assessments for clients.
• Provide tailored responses to clients' needs, including children and young people & adults affected by crime, ensuring they are aware of their rights.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring immediate & short-term interventions, developing support plans & referring to other agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate & confidential case management records.
• Work as part of a team & collaborate with statutory & voluntary agencies to address clients' needs.
  Ideally you will have an understanding of the impact of crime & the criminal justice system. Experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting is also beneficial.

You will need:
