Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Working knowledge of data management and data analysis.
• Demonstrable experience of process improvement.
• Proven track record of working to deadlines and targets.
• Customer contact through inbound and high volume of outbound calls.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport and provide advice and support during onboarding.
• Make outbound calls to supplier customers to explain benefits and assist with registration/renewal.
• Log and maintain records of customer contact on CRM.
• Provide accurate information on online questionnaire processes for buyers.
• Handle first-line enquiries including IT and procedural issues and complaints.
• Discuss subscription payments with new or renewing customers.
• Participate in team meetings and share information.
• Maintain call rates and meet or exceed targets.
