Job summary

Dentsu's Global Growth Studio in London seeks a Studio Project Director to lead day-to-day operations, turning priorities into clear plans, efficient workflows and high-quality delivery.

You will manage budgets, capacity, risks and stakeholder updates while supporting the Creative Studio Lead and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across designers and freelancers to ensure on-time, on-brand output that elevates the dentsu global growth agenda.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in studio, project, traffic, or production management.
• Highly organised with multiple briefs, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong operational judgement under pressure and ability to prioritise.
• Confident creating timelines, trackers and workflow documentation.
• Able to manage budgets and track costs across projects.
• Strong PowerPoint deck design and polish.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere Pro beneficial.
• Familiar with project platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet.
• Proactive, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Studio workflow management, briefs capture, prioritisation and progress.
• Escalation for workflow pressures, risks, resourcing and budget queries.
• Coordinate work across designers, freelancers and contributors.
• Maintain trackers, schedules and status updates for workload visibility.
• Support planning, prioritisation, resourcing, budget control and governance.
• Translate briefs into clear project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Track progress, flags risks, blockers and capacity pressures early.
• Manage freelance and supplier support when internal capacity is exceeded.
• Track project costs and production budgets, forecasting and escalation.
• Provide PowerPoint support and asset prep; assist design tasks.
• Build relationships with Growth, Client Leadership, Markets and creative teams.
