Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in London is seeking a Design Director to own the creative outcome from strategy to execution, leading both digital and physical brand work.

You will unite strategists, writers, designers and client partners to push for genuinely great identity systems that scale, guiding cross‑disciplinary teams and challenging clients to raise the bar. Hybrid model with three studio days per week.

Qualifications

• Senior Designer or Design Director from a craft-driven branding studio.
• Portfolio is distinctive, concept-first identity work built to scale: brand creation and rebrands rather than campaigns.
• Lead across the full arc of a project and bring strategists and writers with you.
• You have a clear point of view, and you relish challenging clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative outcome across brand creation and rebrands from strategy through execution.
• Set direction from earliest strategic thinking to final delivery, upholding high creative ambition.
• Lead a cross-disciplinary team of strategists, writers, designers, and client partners to create integrated work.
• Push the work until it’s genuinely great and inspire the team to be braver.
