Job summary

Future plc in London is seeking a Studio Manager to lead Future Creative Studio. You will shape the studio alongside design and creative leads and report to the Creative Director.

The role is hybrid, based three days a week at our London Paddington office, with responsibilities for resourcing, workflow, and delivery of RFPS and campaigns. The ideal candidate has studio/agency experience, strong communication, and a track record of managing design resources and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative studio or agency environment.
• Experience managing or allocating design resources.
• Experience with design processes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the Creative Studio and ensure projects are allocated to the right team.
• Manage daily resourcing, workflow, RFPS, booked campaigns and internal projects.
• Own end-to-end traffic and resourcing for Future Creative UK with live view of pitches and capacity.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and other departments to meet client expectations.
