You will bridge planning and implementation across markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining KPIs aligned with client data strategies and contractual targets. The position is hybrid in London.

Qualifications

• Extensive digital media operations experience within agencies, digital platforms, or programmatic networks.
• Strong working knowledge of digital media platforms and related tooling.
• Ability to understand and improve end-to-end media workflows and ad tech setups.
• Experience in leading process deployment and onboarding across multiple markets.
• Clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop consistent best practice operational processes with global and local teams.
• Roll out and adopt processes to drive high-quality client deliverables across digital media.
• Align operations workflows with insights objectives and reporting for global clients.
• Create playbooks for clients and internal teams to standardize processes.
• Document platforms configurations, monitor health, and ensure operability with offshore teams.
• Configure digital media platforms to support reporting and insight goals.
