Job summary

The LEGO Group is hiring a Senior Manager to lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, turning data into insights for business decisions. You will own the planning process and drive automation using Power BI, Power Automate and other analytics tools, partnering with HR, Finance and leaders to shape the workforce of the future.

In this hybrid role, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, build credibility as a trusted advisor, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience within strategic workforce planning in a complex global organisation.
• Advanced workforce planning, forecasting and analytics expertise to translate data into insights.
• Proficient analytical skills using Power BI, Excel and data visualization to tell stories with data.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting with data-driven insights.
• Own and improve headcount planning processes, driving automation and data quality.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Rewards and leaders to translate data into insights.
• Drive governance and implement scalable workforce planning practices.
• Build relationships as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and analytics.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and process improvement.
