Qualifications

• Led enterprise-wide commercial performance initiatives in a global matrix organization without direct authority.
• Built executive narratives and decision materials for leadership boards, steering committees or C-suite forums.
• Translated complex analytical findings into commercial actions and measurable business outcomes.
• Influenced Director, VP, SVP or Executive-level stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
• Owned delivery of recurring executive performance reviews, reporting cycles or commercial business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of monthly commercial performance narratives and executive reporting cycles.
• Own and continuously improve the monthly commercial traction process, turning it from a reporting forum into a decision-making forum.
• Bring together insights from regional and global teams to create compelling business stories for senior leaders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline executive deliverables and enhance performance narratives across leadership forums.
• Help increase the use of advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights in senior decision-making.
