Responsibilities

• Become a product and industry expert and understand the value Fixflo provides.
• Be first point of contact for inbound B2B technical support queries.
• Raise and track bugs, update clients on progress and fixes.
• Respond to customer and contractor feedback inquiries.
• Contribute to future Fixflo product development and share ideas.
• Own support for integrations and keep customer knowledge up to date.
• Maintain and optimize internal and client-facing knowledge bases.
