ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager in the United Kingdom to drive new business and deliver engineered materials solutions. You will lead engagements with prospective clients and coordinate with engineering specialists to tailor proposals.

The role requires a track record in technical sales or applications engineering, with the ability to capture requirements, negotiate and close deals.

Qualifications

• Good technical degree in STEM with strong grades (PhD possible).
• Experience in client-facing technical roles serving engineering clients.
• Proven ability to lead projects from early discussions to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead new and prospective client engagements from requirements capture to delivery and closing.
• Collaborate with account managers and technical specialists to tailor and coordinate engineered solutions.
