ECM Selection is seeking a driven engineer with a strong commercial edge to lead technical sales in the Cambridge area. You will engage with new and prospective clients, capture requirements, tailor engineering solutions, and coordinate delivery to close deals.

Youll bring a STEM degree (PhD optional), substantial client-facing experience in engineering environments, and a track record of negotiating pricing and margins. Hybrid working and a competitive benefits package are offered.
