Job summary

Medway Council is seeking a Soft FM Supervisor to oversee Soft FM services across the council's corporate sites. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, safe, and compliant environments within budget and contract KPIs.

You will supervise staff and contractors, monitor service performance, and liaise with internal teams and providers to ensure continuous improvement and value for money. The post supports the Council’s strategic priorities and CPF framework.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria at Level A; ability to demonstrate required competencies.
• Experience supervising Soft FM operations and coordinating with contractors.
• Knowledge of KPI management and service standards delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Soft FM operations and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor performance against contracts, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring compliant delivery.
• Support value-for-money delivery and continuous service improvements.
• Provide guidance and escalation support to staff and contractors as required.
