Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential: knowledge of M&E and hard facilities management.
• Experience supervising on-site M&E works and contractors.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and safety standards.

• Supervise daily Hard FM activities on-site for M&E services.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress; ensure timely completion and compliance.
