Job summary

Burman Recruitment Limited in London is seeking an Assistant Soft FM Operations Manager to oversee high-quality, customer-focused soft services across multiple busy sites and act as joint deputy to the Facilities Operations Manager.

You will lead internal teams, manage external contractors, join a rolling Duty Manager rota, ensure safety, compliance, and smooth daily operations across public sector sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Soft FM operations and people management.
• Experience in contractor management and SLA/KPI oversight.
• Strong budget management and financial control skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service track record.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).

Responsibilities
