Crystal Ski in Milton Keynes is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a hybrid, fixed-term 12‑month role. You will assist customers with planning and booking ski holidays, answer questions before and after travel, and support via face-to-face, phone, email, live chat and social media.

The role is based two days per week at our Crystal Hub in Milton Keynes with remote work from home for the remainder, offering a dynamic environment and global team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication across all channels.
• Good numerical skills for bookings and payments.
• Ability to work both in the office and from home.
• Flexible to work shifts 8am–8pm, seven days a week.

Responsabilités

• Provide honest, expert advice to customers.
• Deliver outstanding service across face-to-face, phone, chat and digital channels.
• Manage a high volume of enquiries efficiently.
• Share destination and product knowledge to help decisions.
