Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to partner with technology and business stakeholders to define and document requirements for ServiceNow processes. You will lead workshops, run demos, and train users while aligning solutions with ITSM/ITOM best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and implementing processes on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience delivering ITSM and ITOM solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL v4 certification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and document requirements for ServiceNow processes or improvements.
• Lead workshops, demos, and training on ServiceNow solutions and best practices.
• Assemble user stories with acceptance criteria and testing strategy, and support review.
• Work with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements.
• Support unit testing, UAT, and customer validation to meet business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by building strong relationships and deep ServiceNow knowledge.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
