Responsibilities

• Define, analyse, and document requirements for ServiceNow processes.
• Lead workshops, demos, and training on ServiceNow solutions.
• Assemble user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategy.
• Collaborate with development to select optimal solutions for requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, and customer validation to meet objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor with deep ServiceNow knowledge.
