Job summary

Office Angels in Basingstoke is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Executive to join our Retail team. You will handle customer orders, coordinate with logistics, and maintain CRM data while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong customer service, operations and order management experience in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working and opportunities to work with major retail brands are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service delivery, sales support, account coordination, administration or operations.
• Excellent organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer purchase orders accurately within service levels.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues.
• Support key retail accounts with excellent service and communication.
• Liaise with product, marketing and vendors for product information.
