Qualifikationen

• Clear previous experience of working within a call centre or customer help environment.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in teams and with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in changing, process-led environments.

Aufgaben

• First line support to customers via telephone and email help desk.
• Act as knowledge point for competitions and networks; manage assigned queries.
• Coordinate with Innovation Leads and Competition Manager to resolve queries.
