Job summary

LGC Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. This hybrid role will manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse business areas, advising hiring managers and driving proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, direct search and job boards.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive TA team to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences, R&D or technical recruitment.
• Confidence in direct sourcing and headhunting, including engaging passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and advising on recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across dedicated business areas, partnering with hiring teams to define requirements and approach.
• Source and attract talent via LinkedIn, direct search, job boards, networking and talent pools.
• Screen candidates to assess fit, motivations and opportunities at LGC.
• Manage interview processes and candidate communication to keep recruitment moving smoothly.
