Job summary

LGC is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse business areas, partnering with hiring managers and using proactive sourcing to find great people in a dynamic life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Understand hiring needs quickly and translate into recruitment strategy.
• Provide advice and market insight while hands-on sourcing.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and advising on strategy.
• Able to manage competing priorities across vacancies and teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and candidate assessment skills.
• Practical, data-aware approach and able to work independently.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across dedicated business areas with hiring teams.
• Source and attract talent via LinkedIn, direct search, job boards, networking.
• Screen candidates to assess fit and motivations.
• Manage interview processes and candidate communications.
• Provide market insight to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain recruitment records in the ATS and improve processes.
• Support employer branding on platforms like Textio and LinkedIn.
• Contribute to TA projects and cross-functional initiatives.
