Job summary

Baywater Healthcare is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Crewe, Cheshire with hybrid working options. You will support the Scheduling Team, manage technician resources across regions and ensure service levels are met while driving improvements in scheduling processes.

You will work closely with Regional Managers and field-based colleagues to resolve operational challenges and deliver exceptional patient care across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership, coaching and development of the Scheduling Team.
• Coordinate and communicate key scheduling updates during daily operational calls.
• Ensure urgent and critical jobs are allocated and completed within service levels.
• Manage technician availability and resource allocation across regions.
• Provide support through the technician hotline and resolve issues.
• Lead scheduling and resource management projects.
• Assist with training, welfare and performance management and process documentation.
• Investigate scheduling queries, escalations and complaints.
• Analyse scheduling reports to improve efficiency and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Deputise for the Scheduling Team Leader as required.
