Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Senior Project Officer to support delivery of international programmes, including the Big AI project, across multiple academies. The role combines project coordination with hands-on logistics, communications, and participant support.

Working in a hybrid setup, you’ll manage diaries, coordinate events, monitor participant progress and help with online comms while ensuring high accuracy and clear documentation across all activities.

Qualifications

• High degree of accuracy across data, organisation and communications.
• Open to candidates from varied backgrounds with relevant transferable skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Diary management for programmes.
• Lead on the logistics of partnership and dissemination events.
• Support with programme running around events, venues, speakers, trainers and resources.
• Track progress of participants, including attendance, deadlines and programme evaluations.
• Provide support to participants throughout their time on programmes, monitoring email inboxes and sending regular communications.
• Support with online communication, including social media, newsletters and blogs.
• Proof read and check all comms, logistics and data for accuracy.
