Youth Sport Trust is seeking a Project Officer - Workforce to support the Learning Academy and oversee the deployment of its workforce across multiple long-term projects. This full-time, permanent role is based in Loughborough with hybrid working.

You will provide programme support, coordinate a team of 3 Project Coordinators, manage relationships with Tutors, Development Coaches and Athlete Mentors, and develop project plans to deliver on time and within budget while reporting on impact.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and delivering against deadlines.
• Strong budgeting and resource management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and produce clear, actionable insights.

Aufgaben

• Provide programme support and coordination to the Learning Academy team.
• Line management of 3 Project Coordinators.
• Engage with Tutors, Development Coaches and Athlete Mentors to resource the Learning Academy workforce.
• Develop project plans to deliver programmes on time and within budget; monitor progress and report impact.
