Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is seeking a Project Officer – Workforce to support the Learning Academy and manage a small project team. The role includes coordinating several long-term projects, reporting, and ensuring workforce resources are ready for delivery.

Strong project management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement are essential. The position is hybrid, with three days in the Loughborough Office and two days remote, offering an opportunity to impact millions of young people through school

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple projects.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and monitor spend.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Effective communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme support and co-ordination to the Learning Academy team.
• Line manage 3 Project Coordinators and liaise with Tutors, Development Coaches and Athlete Mentors.
• Develop project plans to deliver programmes on time and within budget.
• Coordinate reporting and monitor project progress and milestones.
• Engage with external partners and ensure resources are deployed effectively.
