Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Customer Service, Order Processing or Customer Account Management role.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production-led environments.
• Strong order management, administration, and data integrity skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Process high volumes of orders accurately through the ERP system.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics to meet delivery schedules.
• Provide updates on lead times, stock availability, and order progress.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and delivery issues promptly.
• Support junior team members and act as escalation point.
• Prepare quotations and amend existing orders.
• Monitor order status and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Produce reports and maintain customer data.
