Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a leading social housing contractor based in Sheffield, delivering retrofit and capital works across Yorkshire.

You will oversee multiple retrofit and refurbishment projects, leading Site Managers and customer liaison staff, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, with a focus on safety and quality. Attractive package includes a car allowance or company car and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Construction project management experience, ideally within social housing, retrofit or capital works.
• Experience managing multiple projects and site teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills.
• A good understanding of health and safety legislation, including CDM.
• SMSTS certification.
• A minimum Level 4 qualification, such as an NVQ4 or HNC.
• An appropriate CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• A full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple social housing retrofit and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
