Reed Specialist Recruitment is recruiting a Project Manager for a Surrey-based consultancy. You will lead projects from inception to handover, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors to achieve on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk management, proactive problem-solving and maintaining strong client relationships within a professional construction consultancy. A degree in a construction field and relevant PM qualifications are desirable.

• Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy, client-side or main contractor environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate project teams.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative approach with exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate consultant, contractor and stakeholder teams to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor progress, programme, risk, quality and milestones.
• Identify constraints and proactively mitigate risks to minimise impact.
• Chair project meetings and report clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement and tender processes where required.
• Ensure health & safety, statutory and contractual compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Tailor management strategies to suit individual project requirements.
