Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Digital Team in the Chief Operating Office. You will lead the delivery of analysis across the full change lifecycle, acting as the bridge between business and technology to drive clarity and value in customer journeys on mobile apps and adviser portals.

In a hybrid role with 50% home work, you will elicit requirements, facilitate workshops, support testing, and champion digital-first ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analysis across complex business and technology change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to elicit, challenge and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse processes and data to shape effective business and technology solutions.
• Identify and support digital opportunities with clear business benefits.
• Elicit and document requirements across waterfall and agile projects.
• Facilitate workshops to map current and future state processes.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure value delivery.
• Support testing and implementation, including defining acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BA practices.
