Job summary

Tech4 Ltd in Southampton is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to bridge business needs with digital delivery for websites and mobile apps. You will lead requirement gathering, customer journey analysis and solution design under the Product Owner to translate roadmap priorities into deliverable requirements.

You will translate needs into user stories, functional specs and testable requirements, working across stakeholders, developers, UX designers and suppliers to ensure effective digital change

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis delivering digital products such as websites or mobile apps.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of UX principles, customer journeys and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between stakeholders, developers and third-party suppliers to identify business challenges and requirements for digital products.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to elicit requirements for websites, mobile apps and supporting platforms.
• Define project scope, objectives, benefits, dependencies and success measures and map customer journeys to support digital change.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and efficiency while ensuring practical, scalable solutions.
• Support delivery of website and mobile app enhancements from concept through implementation.
• Work with developers, UX designers and the Product Owner to ensure requirements are understood and tested.
• Define and format requirements to support UAT and develop test scripts.
