Job summary

Furza in Manchester is hiring a Sales Development Representative to research target accounts, initiate conversations, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. You’ll engage via phone, email and social and learn fast with coaching from a dedicated manager.

No prior sales experience is required as we provide the training and support. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup, three days in the Manchester office, with clear pathways to progression and a growing product suite.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Ability to manage time effectively without oversight.
• Excellent listening and questioning to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts across finance and operations.
• Reach out by phone, email and social to start conversations with decision-makers.
• Ask questions to understand what a prospect actually needs.
• Book qualified meetings for senior salespeople and support the sales cycle.
• Keep CRM records accurate and use data to refine approach.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events.
• Develop product and market knowledge over time.
