Job summary

ABBYY in London is seeking a Solutions Development Representative to drive qualified sales opportunities by following up inbound leads, conducting targeted account research, and collaborating with Account Executives on campaign tactics.

The SDR will demonstrate strong business acumen, quickly understanding customers' environments and articulating the value of ABBYY products to executives, IT professionals, and line-of-business managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR or B2B business development
• Strong communication and networking via phone and email
• Fluency in English, Italian and Spanish
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software

Responsibilities

• Develop introductory messages for line of business penetration
• Complete account research and development for proactive opportunity development
• Research and qualify leads, including org chart identification
• Maintain relationships with account stakeholders and gather intelligence
• Collaborate with Account Executives on campaign tactics
• Manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls to drive new customers
• Create and maintain CRM notes and history
• Provide field marketing event support
