Job summary

Bryan & Armstrong in Basingstoke (Hybrid) seeks a Scheme Compliance Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across governance, H&S, ESG and verification. You will provide technical oversight, drive consistency across schemes and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Engagement with providers, auditors and customers is a key part of the role. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in technical teams, plus Level 3+ H&S or related qualifications and knowledge of ISO, SSIP

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading technical or specialist teams with strong knowledge of governance, health & safety, compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
• A Level 3 or above qualification in Health & Safety, environmental management, quality, risk or sustainability is required.
• Experience in scheme governance, certification, regulated environments or supply chain assurance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and operational leadership for multidisciplinary teams across governance areas.
• Coordinate specialist workstreams and support implementation of new processes and technology.
• Engage with scheme providers, auditors, industry stakeholders and customers as a senior escalation point for complex compliance matters.
• Drive consistency across schemes and support continual improvement of processes and service delivery.
