Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to take ownership of technical standards, compliance and engineering quality across the business. The role focuses on implementing BMS technical standards, audits, and continuous improvement across projects and service operations.

You will review documents, provide technical guidance to engineers, and ensure installations meet relevant standards and regulations. Hybrid working in Essex with a competitive salary and package.

Formación

• Strong technical background within BMS, controls or building services.
• Understanding of BMS design, commissioning and service.
• Experience with technical compliance, QA or engineering standards.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to engineers and management.
• Knowledge of relevant BMS/HVAC standards and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical compliance processes across BMS projects and service operations.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
• Review project documentation, specifications and technical submissions.
• Carry out technical audits and quality reviews.
• Ensure systems and installations comply with relevant standards.
• Support engineering teams with technical guidance.
• Investigate technical issues, defects and non-conformances.
• Produce reports and recommendations for management.
• Maintain technical documentation and compliance records.
• Support training and development of engineering teams.
• Work with project, service and operations teams to improve technical quality.
