Once For All Limited is seeking a Scheme Compliance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team within Operational Governance in the UK. The role reports to the Head of Operational Governance and ensures high-quality, compliant outputs across schemes, certifications, and risk management.

The post holder will drive process alignment, governance oversight, and continuous improvement across specialist workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders and regulators to maintain trust and delivery

Formación

• Strong leadership in technical or specialist teams.
• Deep understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Experience across schemes, certifications, and regulatory obligations.
• Data-driven decision making and process improvement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary Scheme Specialists team.
• Ensure outputs are compliant, high quality, and continuously improved.
• Coordinate across scheme workstreams for consistency and best practices.
• Drive governance, risk management, and audits across schemes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain certifications.
