Bryan & Armstrong is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager (Scheme Compliance Manager) in Basingstoke (or remote) to lead a multidisciplinary team across Health & Safety, Building Safety, ESG and Verification.

You will provide technical oversight, drive governance and quality assurance, manage risk, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery of schemes. A Level 3+ qualification in HSE, environmental management, quality or risk is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical or specialist teams in HSEQ.
• Strong knowledge of governance, safety, compliance and quality.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in schemes.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary team across HSEQ areas (Safety, Building Safety, ESG, Verification).
• Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for scheme compliance.
• Coordinate workstreams with internal and external stakeholders, driving quality and delivery.
• Oversee risk and compliance activities and regulatory governance.
