Job summary

Responsibilities

• Undertake technical assessments and provide advice and support throughout the assessment process.
• Accurately review and verify documentation against defined criteria and agreed processes.
• Provide clear guidance to suppliers and customers throughout the assessment journey.
• Proactively communicate with customers through multiple channels to request information and resolve issues.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all communication channels.
• Support training and mentoring of new team members when required.
