Once For All, a cloud-based SaaS provider for governance and compliance, seeks a Scheme Compliance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team within Operational Governance. You will ensure high-quality, compliant outputs across schemes, risk management, and quality assurance, reporting to the Head of Operational Governance.

Primarily remote, the role requires occasional office or site attendance. You will collaborate with internal teams, regulators, and scheme providers to maintain trust,

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technical or specialist teams.
• Strong governance, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance knowledge.
• Experience in at least one domain (H&S, BSA, ESG, Verification).
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
