Job summary

Saltire Facilities Management is seeking a proactive Scheduling Coordinator in Bellshill. You will plan engineer workloads, schedule appointments, and coordinate workloads with Team Leaders and Engineering Managers across a 37.5 hour week.

The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency, based in Strathclyde Business Park. You will support KPI monitoring, compliance and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires scheduling, coordination or administrative planning experience.
• Ability to manage diaries and workloads effectively.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills plus clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily engineer routes using our scheduling system.
• Coordinate workloads and support manpower planning with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor client KPIs and ensure timely booking and notifications.
• Respond quickly to changes, urgent jobs and amendments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly client reports.
• Maintain accurate system records to protect service standards.
