Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Specialist to join a business-critical applications team in Guildford. You will provide second/third-line SAP support, troubleshoot complex incidents, manage security and access, and assist with transports, changes and deployments to keep SAP landscapes stable and secure.

The role requires strong SAP experience across finance, procurement, logistics, HR and supply chain, with excellent communication to work with technical and business

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting SAP environments within a commercial organisation.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, HR and supply chain.
• Experience administering SAP security roles, permissions, and user access controls.
• Knowledge of transport management and change control processes.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP and other systems.
• SAP administration activities including user management, job monitoring, troubleshooting, and housekeeping.
• Analytical, structured approach to issue resolution; able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi-site or international business environment; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide second and third-line support for SAP applications and related technologies
• Investigate and resolve technical and functional incidents within agreed service levels
• Support user access management, security administration, and compliance activities
• Manage transport requests and assist with change and release processes
• Support interfaces, integrations, workflows, and cross-application processes
• Assist with administration and support of SAP-based employee and expense management solutions
• Monitor scheduled jobs, interfaces, workflows, and system performance, resolving issues
• Work with internal stakeholders and third-party support providers to deliver solutions
• Support system testing, upgrades, and deployment activities
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and system performance
