Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an experienced Business Systems & Applications Manager to support, improve and modernise core business systems in a fast-paced environment. The role combines ERP, SQL, Power BI and business process expertise to impact multiple teams across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and improving ERP or business management systems (implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, ongoing support).
• Strong SQL and reporting skills, with experience using Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data integration, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and business processes is advantageous.

We're looking for an experienced Business Systems & Applications professional to support, improve and modernise core business systems within a fast-paced, commercially focused organisation.

This is a hands-on role combining ERP, SQL, Power BI and business process expertise, with the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.

The Role

• Support and improve core ERP and business applications, ensuring stability, performance and data quality.
• Use SQL to extract, analyse and manage business data.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

About You

You'll have proven experience supporting and improving ERP or business management systems, ideally with experience across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing support.
