Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Specialist to join a business-critical applications team in Guildford. You will provide second/third-line SAP support, troubleshoot complex incidents, manage security and access, and assist with transports, changes and deployments to keep SAP landscapes stable and secure.

The role requires strong SAP experience across finance, procurement, logistics, HR and supply chain, with excellent communication to work with technical and business

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting SAP environments within a commercial organisation.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, HR and supply chain.
• Experience administering SAP security roles, permissions, and user access controls.
• Knowledge of transport management and change control processes.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP and other systems.
• SAP administration activities including user management, job monitoring, troubleshooting, and housekeeping.
• Analytical, structured approach to issue resolution; able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi-site or international business environment; excellent communication.

SAP Application Support Specialist We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Specialist to join a business-critical applications team responsible for supporting and maintaining a complex SAP environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of SAP systems while providing technical expertise to users across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving application issues, supporting system changes, managing security and access requirements, and working closely with both technical and functional stakeholders to drive service improvements. This role suits an individual with strong SAP support experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with business users, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience administering SAP security roles, permissions, and user access controls
• Knowledge of transport management and change control processes
• Experience supporting integrations and interfaces between SAP and other business systems
• Familiarity with SAP administration activities, including user management, job monitoring, troubleshooting, and system housekeeping tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to issue resolution
• Experience working within a multi-site or international business environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently when required

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to SAP expense management platforms
• Experience supporting SAP Fiori applications and user interfaces
• Knowledge of workflow solutions and process automation technologies
• Previous experience working alongside SAP support partners or consulting organisations
• Experience supporting global or multi-country SAP landscapes
• Additional European language skills would be advantageous
